What is the E2B Integrity Measurement Program?

The E2B Integrity Measurement Program tools are designed to measure the ethical environment of the organization through the eyes of one of the key business stakeholders...the employee.

The E2B Integrity Survey™ is a 28-question stand-alone employee survey tool used to obtain an in-depth assessment of an organization's ethical environment.

Business Ethics Training and Seminars

We can provide training and seminars in areas of business ethics at your premises. Business Ethics training is provided to groups of managers or individuals. Our unique methodology incorporates the implementation of a B2E four stage process™ that follows the latest developments in business ethics training methodologies. We utilize the Determining Issues Test (DIT) and a Value-Based Ethical Training system™ that has been developed by specialists in the business ethics field.

Stage 1 - Pre-ethical training questionnaire to determine the needs and requirements of our client and produce an Ethical Training Analysis (ETA) document.

Stage 2 - A specific tailor made training package meeting the needs determined in the ETA document delivered at the clients request..

Stage 3 -  A post-ethical training questionnaire to determine the success of the ethical training program.

Stage 4 - A follow-up E2B Program designed to monitor the long-term success of the ethical training program.

Consultancy Services in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

We offer advice, training and consultancy services in different areas of Corporate Social Responsibility. These range from assessing your business needs in areas of CSR and implementing a CSR strategy to providing training and assistance in producing a full CSR report for your organization. We are currently working with several  SME's to develop their CSR activities. We are also one of the few CSR solution providers who can implement a complete software CSR reporting system and train your staff  to utilize this system for regular CSR reporting. Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Training and Reporting

We are stakeholder members of the GRI and are involved in coordinating a project with the Business Leaders Forum in the Czech Republic to translate the GRI guidelines into the Czech language. We can provide seminars on the GRI and in collaboration with the ACCA in the Czech Republic we are involved in providing post-qualification seminars on the GRI for their members.

Business Codes of Ethics Implementation and Training
