We have been operating for several years both in the United Kingdom and Europe. The company has the following active members.
Bruce Gahir
Bruce
is the director of Ethics2biz Solutions Ltd. He is a freelance lecturer and
consultant, his main interests are Business Ethics, Management and
Financial Accounting and Information Systems. Bruce lectures at the MBA and
Bachelors degree level in universities and colleges in Prague. He has a
Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Theoretical Physics, a professional
accountancy qualification with the Chartered Institute of Management
Accountants and a honours degree in Philosophy from Birkbeck College,
University of London. He worked in London as a Management Accountant with HSBC
before moving to Prague in 1999.
Currently Bruce is actively involved in the CSR and business ethics areas with the British Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic and is a member of the CSR working group developing several projects relating to CSR and Business Ethics. He has also published several papers and articles on business ethics.
Bruce combines his experience in financial systems management working in international institutions and banks in London together with his teaching experience in philosophy, economics, business ethics and financial accounting to assist him in developing the training, consultancy and education requirements of Ethics2biz Solutions.

Dr. Geoffrey Klempner
Geoffrey
Klempner was born in London in 1951 and attended University College School. He
gained BA (1st) in Philosophy from the University of London, followed by a
D.Phil in Philosophy from Oxford University with a thesis on the Philosophy of
Language. A period of academic teaching culminated in the publication of his
book Naive Metaphysics (Avebury 1994).
In 1995 he founded the Pathways School of Philosophy, which has attracted distance learning students from over 60 countries. In 2002, he founded the International Society for Philosophers.
In 2003, he launched the e-journal Philosophy for Business, which publishes articles on business ethics, corporate social responsibility and other philosophical aspects of business practice.
Since then he has been involved in dialogue with business people on corporate responsibility, human rights and codes of professional and business ethics, and has been invited to participate in conferences organized by the Club of Amsterdam and the British Chamber of Commerce Czech Republic.

Alan Law
Alan
is the main consultant for Ethics2biz Solutions Ltd. relating to the areas of
Organizational and Occupational Psychology. Alan has a Bachelor of Arts in
Psychology and Postgraduate Diploma in Science from the University of Auckland
and is completing an MSc in Occupational Psychology through Birkbeck,
University of London. He is also Level A and B qualified for psychological
testing by the British Psychological Society.
Specialist interests include education, training and development and selection and recruitment methodologies. Alan's current focus of research is the application of business ethics principles to training methodologies that enhance management decision making.
Future research will focus on individual, organizational and cultural factors that influence the transfer of business ethics training and performance of ethical behaviour.

Miroslav
Sedlak
Miroslav Sedlak
is an external consultant with Ethics2biz Solutions
Ltd. Miroslav has extensive experience within the international
corporate sector having worked with many reputable companies such as
GE Money Central in Eastern Europe as Government Relations Director,
Provident Financial as External Relations Director and Philip Morris
as Corporate Affairs Director. Miroslav has also been actively
involved with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic
as deputy director of the department of international organizations with
accountabilities ranging from managing the units dealing with international
organization of the United Nations system. During 1991 to 1996 Miroslav was on
a "Permanent Mission of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic" (as
of 1993 of the Slovak republic) at the United Nations in New York. Besides his
diplomatic work at the UN General Assembly he was also working with the Czech
and Slovak communities in
the Tri-State Area.
Miroslav is vice chairman of The Ethical Forum of the Czech Republic and has
recently founded the Ethical Forum of the Slovak Republic. He has been with
the British Chamber of Commerce in Prague as Director of the Board from
October 2004 till October 2007. He is a chartered member of Bohemian
Toastmasters in Prague, Czech Republic. Miroslav's main areas of consultancy
range from public relation, communication, public and regulatory affairs to
business ethics and transparency issues and Corporate Social Responsibility
within the international corporate sector.
